Schulz joins ASTA after 18 years serving as the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s chief operating officer, where she also previously held positions as vice president and director of conferences and exhibits.

“ASTA is an incredible organization with a powerful mission,” Schulz said in a statement. “I am already listening, analyzing, and rethinking how ASTA can continue to serve its members and the profession. It is exciting to visualize our future to enhance and engage our member base ensuring ASTA’s future.”

Benham went on to note that Schulz’s on-boarding couldn’t come at a more appropriate time. “Her record of success in building teams, executing long range plans, branding, creating programs, and launching strategic plans comes at a key moment as ASTA bolsters its position in the string world by looking to the future,” he said. “Please join me in welcoming her to ASTA.”
